Questions, answered

Lake Orion FAQ.

Do you see clients in person in Lake Orion?
Yes, in-person sessions are available in Lake Orion on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment. For most other clients, telehealth is the easier option and is offered throughout Michigan.
What insurance do you accept?
The practice operates on a self-pay basis. Many clients with out-of-network mental health benefits submit a superbill for partial reimbursement — call your insurer and ask for your out-of-network mental health benefit details.
How do I know if you are the right fit?
The clearest answer comes from a first session. It is structured as an introduction rather than a deep dive. If after that conversation it doesn't feel like the right fit, you are not obligated to continue.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full session rate, since the time has been held for you.
